The Tesla Model S Plaid has 1,020 horsepower and sprints to 60 mph in 2.0 seconds, that's insane hyper-car fast. What's more impressive is that it maintains it's lighting quick accelerating abilities no matter the batteries state of charge (SOC), unheard of in EVs.

Or in humans for that matter.

The smartest amongst us understand that we at peak energy for a limited window of time each day (usually 3 hours or less by my estimation). They know it's crucial to tackle the most mentally challenging tasks when their brains are fresh. When their brain morphs towards mush, they switch to tasks requiring a decreasing degree of mental horsepower. For me, that means working out or doing household chores.

A Howes Confession: I was not the strongest writer in the world so guess when I do my writing (for this blog and otherwise) or creative strategic thinking? Yup, during that three hour window.

Question: "What if you need more than one high power window in the same day?" Change the scenery and recharge.

Answer: A quick workout, brisk walk out in nature or horrors upon horrors, a 15 minute power nap can be enough to get a boost to power through on something challenging. Just don't expect that window to crack open for quite as long.

Gotta go now. My 3 hour power window is closing shortly.
